2. Coffee or Video Meeting
I like to have a chat to my couples about their special occasion - this is via an online meeting or catching up at a cafe. It gives us time to get to know one another, and also to discuss the specifics of your day. This is when we'll discuss the timeline of your day, and my role in it.
3. Confirming the Details
After our meet-up, and if we have determined that I am the lucky photographer to be part of your event, I will send through the contract and booking form via email.
Don't worry if you still have questions about the contract/ wedding booking form - I am here to answer them and help out, so you have the best event/ wedding ever!
4. Engagement Shoot
All of my packages for weddings include a free engagement shoot. I do this so that it gives my couple time to relax in front of the camera, lets me get a feel for my couple and allows me to provide them some tips before their big day. My couples get some lovely engagement photos too (yay)!

5. The Big Day
It's the big day! And I'll be there from the moment you want me to be. But not only will I be your photographer, I'll be there for whatever you need - be that passing you some snacks, running some interference, or herding some stray wedding guests. I got your back!
FAQs
Are the travel expenses included in your packages or covered additionally?
I love to travel for photography! There are no extra travel costs for sessions/ events held within Christchurch City. There will be additional travel costs for events held outside Christchurch.
Additional travel costs will be discussed when we meet up.
Do you require a deposit?
At the time you sign the contract, I request a $500 deposit to secure my time. This is non-refundable, unless I cancel.
What format will we get our wedding gallery in?
I use Pixieset to deliver my galleries. I send you a link with a download code which you can then make available to mum, dad, nana etc.
How long does it take to recieve our photos?
The honest answer? It depends. There are many factors that go into a photography workflow. Normally, photography galleries take between 2-6 weeks to be delivered. My process is to select the best photos from our session, edit them so the images reflect the moments beautifully and then deliver them to you via email.
Free engagement session?
All of my wedding packages include a free engagement session. Why? Because it gives us time to get to know one another, it gives you time to relax around the camera, and gives me an opportunity to give you tips to make the most of your special day.
What if you haven't shot at our wedding venue before?
That's not an issue at all! Part of my time getting ready for your special day will be to scope out the venue.
